The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In pursuance to the order dated 15.03.2023, status report of trial in connection with Sabaur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 has been received and kept at Flag-A, in which it is reported that out of nine witnesses, four witnesses has been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Sabaur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 pending before the court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge XVII, Bhagalpur.
