2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2023 in connection with Hulashganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461/379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of committing theft and he along with others was caught redhanded.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has no concern with the place from where recovery is made and also he is not concerned with the

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Hulashganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023.

The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Hulashganj police station on the 1st Sunday of every month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
