The petitioner is in custody in connection with Athmal Gola P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 6 ltrs of wine was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
