The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No.113 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on the date of the occurrence all the F.I.R. named accused including the petitioners allegedly came and disturbed the construction work of wall of the house of the informant and when the informant raised protest, they assaulted the informant and his family members It has been submitted that there is bonafide land dispute and both parties sustained injuries in the occurrence of scuffle
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50408 of 2017 (2) dt.30-10-2017 2/2 for which a complaint case was also filed by the mother of these petitioners. The allegation against the petitioners appears omnibus. Considering the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge-IV-cum-A.C.J.M.-3rd,Jamui, in Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S.
