2. The matter relates to selection to the post of Anganwari Sevika of Centre No. 238, Ward No. 14 under Rewa Panchayat of Patna district. Petitioner claims that respondent no. 6 has been selected on the basis of documents which are forged.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that the petitioner has remedy of approaching before the District Programme Officer, Patna for raising the grievance which has been raised in the present writ application.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this

Patna High Court CWJC No.19057 of 2019(3) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 application is disposed of with an observation that if any application is filed questioning appointment of respondent no. 6 on the basis of forged documents, the concerned respondent shall look into it and proceed accordingly by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
