Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali- Munger P.S. Case No. 204 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there is case and counter case. The case of the petitioner is Kotwali P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016. The petitioner was treated at Sadar Hospital, Munger and thereafter, at P.M.C.H., Patna. He has been assaulted and thereafter, falsely implicated in this case. The injury caused to the informant is simple in nature, due to family land dispute the occurrence has taken place and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

Learned APP fairly submits that there is case and counter

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of his surrender or arrest within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali (Munger) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
