The aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner herein before the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from today, if not already disposed of.

The order to be passed on the appeal of the petitioner shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
