The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2019 in connection with Rupuspar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire case against the petitioner is false and frivolous and nothing has been recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor has she ever been placed on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that the husband and son of the present petitioner, who have also been implicated in connection with the present case have since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 12.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56929 of 2019 and vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61208 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 22.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62322 of 2019. It is further submitted that so far as antecedents are concerned, the petitioner has been granted bail in those cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - II, Danapur in connection with Rupuspur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019.
