The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015, registered under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the ACJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.690 of 2017 (2) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
