2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 440 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Recovery is of 20 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2023 and is accused in two more cases.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67111 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Judge-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 440 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Nath Nagar Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
