2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.88 of 2014, arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No.262 of 2023, lodged under Sections 147, 149, 302, 307, 120B, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. read with sections 25(1-B)a/ 26 /27/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 30.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38432 of 2024 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case and a copy

5. Counsel further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 24.11.2023.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the charge has already been framed in this case.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-IV, Buxar in connection with S.Tr. No.88 of 2014, arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No.262 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
