JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-11-2017 This application has been filed for review/recall of an order dated 06.06.2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2016.

Before the Division Bench when the matter was listed on 06.06.2016, learned counsel appearing for the applicant stated that he does not press any other ground but only aggrieved by the order imposing cost of Rs. 25,000/-. Accordingly, the L.P.A. was allowed to the extent of imposition of cost and the order

Now, the applicant has filed this application inter alia contending that the counsel has acted without instruction and he has a merit in the case. Keeping in view the fact that the counsel has made the submission based on the power given to him, we see no reason to make any indulgence now at the instance of the applicant on the grounds canvassed.

The application is, therefore, rejected.
