2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(i) (ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on a secret information that some persons have assembled to commit crime, a raid was conducted and one co-accused Pankaj Kumar was arrested and on his disclosure, total 1103.25 liters of illicit foreign liquor along with arms & ammunition was recovered from house and godown. The apprehended co-accused disclosed the name of petitioners and others, who are involved in the alleged offence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioners and have been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court - 1, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
