2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with B.P. No. 647 of 2023 arising out of Barauli P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 24 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by some unknown criminals.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant has suspected the hand of the petitioners in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66253 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 alleged crime because of the previous land dispute and from the impugned order is also appears that no material has come against the petitioners to connect them with the crime.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are in custody since 12.05.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with B.P. No. 647 of 2023 arising out of Barauli P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023.

10. After being released on bail, the petitioners are directed to co-operate in the trial.
