This writ application has been filed for issuance of mandamus to the respondent authorities to make payment of compensation amount with suitable interest for the land of the petitioners, acquired for construction of Police Line, Khagaria. The land acquired is Plot No.59 under Khata No.19 Area-70 decimals.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that recently the District Land Acquisition Officer, Khagaria has issued notice dated 16.04.2018 directing the petitioners to

4. The District Land Acquisition Officer, Khagaria shall decide the matter within two months from the date of production of the required document by the petitioner or within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, whichever is earlier.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
