2. The petitioners are in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the allegation in the FIR, total 108.00 litres of illegal Nepali wine has been recovered from a silver color Wagnor Car bearing Registration No. DL9CP-7287.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners

He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the alleged allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. He further submits that there is no independent eye witness of the seizure list. He next submits that petitioners are in judicial custody since 19.07.2025. He lastly submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedents and as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Excise Special Judge, Sheohar in connection with Excise Sheohar Case No.169 of 2025.
