The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities, particularly, Respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6 to compensate the petitioner for the losses suffered by him during demolition of the premises of Respondent No.6, situated at Hotel Jyoti, Forbesganj, DistrictAraria. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order dated 03.02.2017, passed in Case No.07/2016-17, by the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum- Building Controller, the petitioner preferred appeal,but during pendency

Patna High Court CWJC No.14611 of 2017(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 of the appeal the shop in question has been demolished leading to huge loss to the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforementioned.
