At the very outset, it is informed on behalf of B.N. Mandal University that amount of cheque dated 24.03.2017 has already been paid to the petitioner vide cheque no. 11687684941 dated 17.01.2019 and now all the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed.
Although, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to convince the court that still some dues of the petitioner are pending with the concerned University but I do not find any
Patna High Court MJC No.2037 of 2018(6) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 material to substantiate the aforesaid claim of the petitioner. Accordingly, it is obvious that order of this court has already been complied with and there is no need to keep this contempt petition pending.
