JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 With the agreement of the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude ongoing departmental proceeding and pass the final order, preferably within a period of one month from today. It is further directed that in case the final order is not passed within a period of one month from today, the order of suspension of the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically. In view of the fact that the petitioner complains that he is not being paid his subsistence allowance as per rules, I direct that the appropriate authority shall look into the matter and sanction as
