JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2022 The limited prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petition is to direct the learned court of Additional Collector (A.D.M.), Nawada to dispose off the Encoachment Appeal, filed by the petitioners, expeditiously and in the meantime, grant some protection to the petitioners qua the land/ house situated at Khata no. 246, Plot no. 1551, VillageMiyanbigha, PS-Nardiganj, District-Nawada. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioners, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the learned court of
Patna High Court CWJC No.15862 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 Additional District Magistrate, Nawada to dispose off the aforesaid encroachment appeal filed by the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, if not already passed, within a period of eight weeks from today and till then, status quo existing as on today qua the land/ house of the petitioners in question shall be maintained. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
