For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents authorities to conduct an inquiry in respect of the verification form /affidavit, submitted by the Respondent No. 8, namely Vinod Yadav, at the time of his joining as Asst. Teacher for class 9 to 12 in a school at Purnea and if he is found guilty of having concealed /suppressed any material

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to provide correct and adequate information to the petitioner about the action, which has so far, been taken by the concerned authorities regarding her application dated 07.03.2024."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
