The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 332/333/353/323/504/307/427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

According to FIR, the police had gone to search and had recovered liquor from the house of other co-accused. Allegation against the petitioners is that they pelted stones on the police party resulting in damage of police vehicle and they obstructed in discharge of official duty by the police. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71775 of 2019(3) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Manpur Police Station Case No.13 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
