Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.150 of 2019 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 434, 498A, 354(B) of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners are falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioner no.1 and 3 are father-in-law and motherin-law of the informant and petitioner no.2 is elder brother of the husband of the informant and they are no concern with the said occurrence.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71656 of 2019(3) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.150 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,Ist, Bhagalpur subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
