No. 4600 of 2018 Present application has been preferred by the original applicant-appellant requesting to condone the delay of 167 days in preferring the review application in L.P.A. No. 1485/2017. Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and on going through the application, we are of the opinion that no sufficient cause is shown and the delay has not been properly explained. It is required to be noted that as such against the order passed by the Division Bench in the L.P.A., the applicant approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed the S.L.P. on 12th March,

Patna High Court C. REV. No.194 of 2018 dt.26-10-2018 2/2 2018. Even thereafter and after a period of three months, the present review application is preferred. In Paragraph No. 3 it is stated that the mother of the appellant fell seriously ill and the appellant had to take care of her and, therefore, could not approach the Court concerned. It is required to be noted that as such no supporting document has been placed on record with respect to the sickness and/or illness of mother. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as no sufficient cause has been shown explaining the delay of 167 days, the present application for condoning the delay deserves dismissal and is dismissed.
