2. The petitioner has moved the Court seeking prearrest bail in connection with Dhanarua PS Case No. 180 of 2019 dated 08.05.2019 instituted under Sections 323, 506, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to surrender before the Court below and seek bail.
