Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 473 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected on 20.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33003 of 2017. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Mukesh Kumar and Dilip Yadav @ Dilip Kumar have been allowed regular bail on 11.10.2017 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 46810 of 2017 and on 21.07.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 20997 of 2016 respectively. It has further been submitted that charge has already been framed.

No.50276 of 2017 (2) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 473 of 2015.
