Name of the petitioner transpires in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner except Rs.700/- only. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.Case No.268 of 2017.
