This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.11497 of 2021, by which this Court has allowed the petition and quashed the order taking congizance passed by the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Araria in G.R. No.1700 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No.151 of 2019.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error the date of the impugned order, which has been quashed by this Court, has

No.66817 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 wrongly been mentioned as "18.01.2020" in the petition whereas, the correct date of the impugned order is 08.01.2020 and therefore, in the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by this Court, the date of impugned order has wrongly been mentioned. 4.

In view of the above, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.11497 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the words "18.01.2020" appearing in the paragraph nos. 2, 11 and 14 of the order shall be read as "08.01.2020". The rest part of the order shall remain unchanged.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the petition accordingly in course of the day.
