2. The present M.J.C.- Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 01.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9190 of 2017.

3. Grievance of the petitioner is relating to certain encroachments. In this regard, official respondents have taken action to register encroachment case and it was decided on 20th December, 2017. Thereafter, certain encroachers approached the authority by filing appeal and it was disposed of on 03.09.2019. Consequently, official respondents proceeded to remove the

Patna High Court MJC No.2056 of 2018(3) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 encroachments on 04.12.2019.

4. In view of these developments, the present M.J.C.- Contempt Petition stands dropped. If anything is left out in not undertaking the removal of encroachment, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh writ petition.
