Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 153 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery of the illicit liquor has been made from the east side of road in Khalihan.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67204 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Excise Court No. 1, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 153 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
