JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application for condonation of delay as well as for restoring the L.P.A. No. 446 of 2016 that came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on 30th November, 2017.
The affidavit discloses sufficient cause explaining the delay in moving the restoration application. We accordingly, condone the delay and allow the restoration application and set aside the order dated 30th November, 2017. The Letters Patent Appeal No. 446 of 2106
