No. 446 of 2016 that came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on 30th November, 2017.

The affidavit discloses sufficient cause explaining the delay in moving the restoration application. We accordingly, condone the delay and allow the restoration application and set aside the order dated 30th November, 2017. The Letters Patent Appeal No. 446 of 2106
