2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that in course of inquiry the petitioner is absent without any information and when his intermediate certificate was sent to Bihar School Examination Board for verification, it was found fake. It is further alleged that the petitioner was appointed as teacher in collusion with other associates by committing forgery in marksheet.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that petitioner has been terminated from the service by the concerned Department, this fact is not denied by learned counsel for the vigilance. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner has already been terminated from his service by the concerned Department, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 868 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
