The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 343 of 2021 registered under Sections 201 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63555 of 2022(3) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 343 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
