The petitioner seeks bail in Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 registered under Sections 328, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Three named accused persons who happen to be the husband and his family members of the deceased are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the brother-in-law of the deceased. He is not named in the F.I.R. There is no allegation levelled against the petitioner in the F.I.R. He is living separately from the deceased and her husband and has no concern with their affairs. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017.
