The present miscellaneous jurisdiction application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.04.2018, passed in CWJC No. 17579 of 2016 to the extent that area of the land in question and the village where land in question is situated have been recorded wrongly in paragraph no.2 of the order aforesaid as 'eight decimals' in place of 'eight and half decimals' and 'Village-Nebari', in place of 'VillageShakurabad'. The area of the land in question has been recorded in the order dated 24.04.2018 inadvertently, but the name of village has been recorded in the order aforesaid since it has wrongly been mentioned in the main petition.
Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.
Patna High Court MJC No.2089 of 2018(3) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the aforesaid correction.
In view of the nature of technical errors in the order aforesaid, let in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 24.04.2018, the area of the land in question be read as 'eight and half decimals' in place of 'eight decimals' and the village where the land in question is situated be read as 'Shakurabad' in place of 'Nebari'.
The order dated 24.04.2018 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
