BAJANTHRI) Date : 26-06-2024 The present L.P.A. No.1102 of 2019 is filed in assailing the order of the learned Single Judge dated 19.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6339 of 2018.

2. The present L.P.A. was presented on 02.09.2019. Obviously, there is a delay in filing the present L.P.A. I.A. No.1 of 2019 has been filed for condonation of delay. It is a University L.P.A. They must be well versed in filing litigation

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1102 of 2019 dt.26-06-2024 2/2 and they do not know fundamental that the delay is required to be explained with reference to the date of the order of the learned Single Judge and the date of filing the present L.P.A., there is no calculation of number of days of delay and the same has not been reflected. Very vaguely, I.A. No.1 of 2019 for condonation of delay has been filed.

3. Taking note of the same, I.A. No.1 of 2019 for condonation of delay stands rejected, both on account of unexplained delay and so also for bereft of material information like dates and events and calculation of number of days of delay in filing the present L.P.A. On this count, I.A. No.1 of 2019 is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 of 2019 stands dismissed. Resultantly, the present L.P.A. No.1102 of 2019 stands dismissed. Pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, stands disposed of.
