Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 324, 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner has not named in the F.I.R. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 15.04.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 1377 / 2019 & Cr. Misc. No. 65062/2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58744 of 2019(4) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Vth, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhri P.S.
