2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109, 118 ( 2 ) and 352 of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Shivpujan Yadav alleged that on 30.05.2024 , this petitioner repeatedly assaulted brother of informant with bhala due to which informant sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury ,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63012 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 176 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
