JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment from the public land in question, however, during the interregnum period, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents, wherein, it has been stated that the Circle Officer, Haspura, Aurangabad i.e. the respondent no. 4 has already initiated Encroachment case no. 15 of 2013-14, hence, it is prayed that the same may be directed to be disposed off, expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to conclude the proceedings of
