2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66530 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail on 06.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66530 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76069 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District- West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015, but due to the demise of the then conducting advocate of this case during Covid-19 Pandemic, the petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioners, as ordered on 06.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66530 of 2019, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66530 of 2019 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) guddukr/- U T
