The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019 in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is a Government employee posted as SRP under the Clean India Mission & Lohiya Clean Bihar Mission and has been performing his duty honestly. It is further submitted that certain local ailments have filed this false complaint against the petitioner only to extract some bribe from him for contributing to the local elected body and the allegation

It is further submitted that the entire allegation is vague and mischievous and cannot sustain any prosecution. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and shall not temper with any evidence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019.
