2. The petitioner seeks bail in Kodhobari P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Allegedly, 25 litres 830 ml foreign liquor and 30 litres Nepali liquor was recovered from the motorcycle on which, the petitioner was sitting.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. There is unexplained delay of more than six hours in the registration of the present FIR which gives ample time to concoct a story. The

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, especially, the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Excise Court No. 1st, Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 206 of 2024 arising out of Kodhobari P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Priyanka/- U T
