The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S. Case No.18 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 354, 498A, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner earlier filed Divorce Suit No.378 of 2020 in Family Court, Muzaffarpur and after getting the knowledge of the aforesaid case, this false case has been lodged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63309 of 2022(3) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 as is evident from Annexure 3 to the supplementary affidavit. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S.
