The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gaighat P. S. Case No.200 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366 A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statements of the independent witnesses, namely, Parmeshwar Chaudhary and Nagendra Mahto as recorded in paragraph 76 and 78 of the case diary wherein they have stated that the alleged victim was having affair with the son of the petitioner, namely, Om Prakash Mahto and the FIR was instituted after two days of the alleged occurrence, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
