The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 284 of 2017 registered under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is innocent and there is no criminal antecedent against him.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49661 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
