2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2023 in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 830 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have snatched a mobile phone and Rs. 8,000/- rupees.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused Prince Kumar which has no evidentiary value. He next submits that the petitioner has not been put on the T.I. parade.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 830 of 2022.

6. The petitioner will prepare a demand draft of Rs. 15000/- in the name of the informant which shall be handed over to the informant before accepting bail bond of the petitioner.
