2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 303 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126, 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 118(2), 324(4), 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner no. 1 namely Vikash Manji is accused of assaulting the victim with a tangi on his neck and the petitioner no. 2 namely Laddu Manjhi @ Suraj Manjhi is accused of assaulting one Vijay Choudhary with a lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

He further submits that there is no injury on the neck of the injured and the petitioners are in custody since 30.05.2025. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 303 of 2025.
