JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-04-2025 The petitioner seeks the review of order of the coordinate bench dated 27.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13667 of 2017 whereby the Circle Officer, Adapur, District-East Champaran was directed to dispose of the Encroachment Case No. 08 of 2015-16 after giving opportunity of hearing to all the affected persons in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

2. The review petition has been filed on the ground that earlier a proceeding was initiated under Section 133 of the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.197 of 2018(3) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 Cr.P.C. and the Halka Karamchari had given a report in favour of the persons who were occupant of that land.

3. The review petitioner may put fourth his grievance before the Circle Officer, Adapur, East Champaran who shall dispose of the matter after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is hereby made clear that the Circle Officer shall not be prejudiced by this order while disposing of the case on merits.

4. With these observation(s), the review petition stands disposed of.
