The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 290 of 2022 registered under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 63791 of 2022 and 63564 of 2022. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66132 of 2022(2) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 290 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
