The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-a)/25(1-AA)/25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Submission is that son of the petitioner standing on similar footing so far recovery of pistol is concerned has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc No.54610 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61637 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No.108 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
